At Huella Responsable we have set ourselves the priority objective that all people, regardless of their disability, age or the technology used, can browse our website without encountering access difficulties.

To this end, the development of the Responsible Footprint website has been based on compliance with the Web 2.0 Content Accessibility Guidelines established by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium).

These guidelines also form the core of standards such as ISO/IEC 40500 or the UNE 139803:2012 standard.

Some of the features implemented to allow you to access all the content of the Huella Responsable website more easily are:

The visual characteristics of the web page (font, font and background color, etc.) are defined by the style sheet so that the user can adjust the text to their preferences.

Font sizes have been defined with relative units so you can increase or decrease the font size from the browser options.

If a user accesses www.huellaresponsable.es with a browser that does not support style sheets, it will not be a difficulty, since all the content can still be accessed with the CSS disabled.

The pages have a clear structure both for the user who can see all the content and for the user who reads the information using support systems such as a screen reader, users who disable the style sheet, etc. Under this objective, section headings, lists and all the elements that help the general understanding of the website have been defined using HTML code.

The HTML and CSS code used conforms to formal grammars to ensure the correct display of content in different browsers.
The website is designed so that users can perform a high-contrast navigation that allows them to distinguish between a link and text that is not. With the exception of all those links that can be deduced from the context (menus, lists, etc.).
Include descriptive text in the “ALT” attribute for all images on all pages.

However, if you encounter any difficulty in accessing the information contained on the Huella Responsable website or have any suggestions or queries regarding accessibility, do not hesitate to contact us via email info@huellaresponsable.es
